Chief Executive Officer

Kim Jackson, BNrs Monash RN
Kim commenced at Village Baxter in August 2000 and was previously Director of Nursing, Business, Operations and Executive Manager at Village Baxter.
Kim is a Registered Nurse – Division 1 with a Bachelor of Nursing Degree including major studies in Psychology, Sociology and Bioscience. Kim is also an Accountant and has completed a Masters in Business Administration majoring in Accounting and has completed further tertiary studies in Economics, Politics, Law and Statistics.

Human Resources

Steve McCarthy
Steve Commenced at Village Baxter in 2016 and has an Advanced Certificate (Personnel) Steve is an experienced Human Resources Manager previously working with Monash University for 15 years and in services, health and State Government environments

Community Services Manager

Kim Male
Kim commenced with Village Baxter in 2005 and has been our Community Service Manager since 2016. Kim oversees all of our Community Programs including Home Care Packages, Day Centre, Veterans Home Care Program, Post Acute Care and other home help services.

Infrastructure Manager

Andrew Gray
Andrew has extensive building and maintenance experience and commenced with Village Baxter in 2011. Andrew is responsible for managing our Village Infrsutructire and supervising our team of Maintenance Staff including unit refubishment, grounds, gardens, lawn mowing, and emergency, urgent and preventative maintenance.

Sales Manager

Vickie Nolan
Vickie is an Enrolled Nurse and has also worked in Real Estate. Vickie commenced with Village Baxter in 2011 and since 2018 has been our Sales Manager.

Director of Nursing

Bridget Robinson
Bridget is an experienced Registered Nurse and has been our Manor Director of Nursing since 2017.

Finance Manager

Megan May

Megan joined our team in 2021 and manages our Accounts and Accounts Staff. Megan is there to assist with the financial assessments for moving into our Aged Care Facilities and providing documentation about the equity Residents have in their units.
