Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (Community Based) – Rosebud
Village Nurse – Permanent Part-Time
A vacancy currently exists at the Rosebud Village Baxter for a Village Nurse (EN Division 2) to join our Village Team. The Village Nurses provide support and “at call” services to the residents in our 105 independent living units at our village in Rosebud. These are not facility-based and will suit EENs with community and/or hospital aged care experience.
Tuesdays to Thursday – 08:30-16:00.
There will also be opportunities to work additional shifts as leave replacement sometimes at short notice.
The successful applicants must have aged care nursing experience, be philosophically aligned with the Village mission, vision and values, able to work independently, or as part of a team and be able to manage in a constantly changing environment. A current drivers licence is essential for access around the village. Rosebud Village offers onsite education programs, salary packaging and encourages a family friendly workplace.

Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (Aged Care) – Frankston South
(Permanent Part Time Shifts)
We currently have the following shifts available for qualified hands-on EENs in our 64 bed high care facility:
Week 1 – Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 1500 to 2230
Week 2 – Monday, Thursday & Friday 1500 to 2230.
Whilst experience in the aged care sector is preferred, on the job training is available to help you jump-start your career into aged care.

General Maintenance / Handyperson (Full Time) – Frankston South
The Village Baxter Maintenance Department has a vacancy for an experienced General Maintenance/Handyperson.
The role is based within our retirement village and residential aged care facility, and requires the ability to communicate courteously and respectfully with our residents.
The role requires a broad experience in building maintenance and an innovative approach to problem solving. Basic computer skills, including data entry and spreadsheets would be advantageous.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Carrying out a variety of general site maintenance tasks as required
2. Carrying out preventative and essential maintenance checks and following up on repairs and maintenance which includes our nurse call system
3. Work with hand and power tools to carry out day to day maintenance
4. Ensuring essential maintenance records are kept up to date
5. Required to do after hours emergency maintenance on a rostered cycle.

Mower Operator / Lawn Maintenance (Full Time) – Frankston South
The Village Baxter Maintenance Department currently has a vacancy for a full time Mower Operator with experience in lawn mowing and general garden maintenance.
Main responsibilities will be the mowing and maintenance, including the spraying of the Village’s extensive lawns and grassed areas. Must have experience with using both push and ride on mowers, along with experience in minor pruning. Experience in the operation of zero turn mowers is a definite advantage, plus the willingness to support and work with our Maintenance / Gardening team.
The role is based within our 75 acre retirement village and residential aged care facilities, and requires the ability to communicate courteously and respectfully with our residents and staff.
You are expected to work in a flexible manner to support your colleagues and our residents.
The successful applicant will have a commitment to excellence, and an ability to work independently or within a team structure. You must be philosophically aligned with the Village Baxter mission, vision and values, and be able to manage in a constantly changing environment. The Village Baxter offers onsite education programs, salary packaging and encourages a family friendly workplace.
